Created with a mix of mediums, the canvas for this piece is delicately ruffle-edged, hand-made paper.  I visited Montmartre in Paris for the first time in 2023, and again in September of 2025, and the magical little cobblestone side streets and stunning old buildings captivated me...so naturally I came home and started painting them.
